Two heaters on the back wall, two large carbon panel heaters on the sides, one heater below the bench, and one red glass heater in front ensure consistent, full-body heat coverage.
Chromotherapy Lighting
The built-in color therapy light system allows you to select different light wavelengths during your session. Controlled via the soft-touch panel.
Ultra Low EMF Design
All heaters are engineered to minimize electromagnetic field exposure, making the Milano suitable for regular, extended use.
Premium Audio System
Two preinstalled speakers with Bluetooth, FM radio, and MP3/AUX connectivity let you listen to music or podcasts during your session.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is full spectrum infrared and how does it differ from standard infrared saunas?
Full spectrum infrared combines near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths. Standard infrared saunas typically use only far infrared. The addition of near and mid infrared allows the heat to interact with the body at different depths — from just below the skin surface to deeper soft tissue — providing a broader range of thermal exposure in a single session.
What electrical requirements does the Milano sauna need?
The Milano operates at 110/120V and draws 16.7A at 2000W. A dedicated 20A circuit is recommended. We strongly advise using a licensed electrician to verify your wiring and test the circuit breaker before first use.
How difficult is assembly?
The Milano uses a quick-connect assembly system and ships with all necessary hardware. Most customers complete assembly without professional help. The unit arrives in 3 boxes on a pallet. Detailed instructions are included.
Can this sauna be used outdoors?
Yes, but only in a fully sheltered outdoor space — such as a covered patio or enclosed porch. The unit must not be exposed to rain, direct sunlight, or open-air weather conditions.
What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year limited warranty covers the wood structure, heating panels, and electrical components. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
What is chromotherapy and is it included?
Chromotherapy, or color light therapy, uses different wavelengths of visible light during your sauna session. It is fully integrated into the Milano and controlled via the soft-touch panel — no additional purchase required.
How long does it take to heat up?
The Milano's 6-heater configuration is designed for efficient heat-up times. Most users reach their target temperature within 15–20 minutes depending on ambient room temperature.
